  • 2 romaine lettuce heads

  • 1/2 cup Parmesan shavings
  • 4 anchovy fillets
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 1 egg yolk
  • 1 tbsp Dijon mustard
  • 2 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1/2 cup olive oil
  • Black pepper
